I recently had someone ask how my blog was going, and I said something like, "I haven't done much with it."
To be honest, I didn't feel like I had much to write about from my last update; it was my intent to write something multiple times and all of a sudden two months went by. I have fluctuated between the same 5 pounds, so overall I feel like a bit of a disappointment, to the people who cheer me on and myself. It is incredibly frustrating that one meal out could make you gain 2-3 pounds overnight when you've spent all week trying to lose those pounds, so it's an endless cycle.
Fall is a season of change and I've been celebrating with a multitude of outings! I love supporting local farms, store, etc. and spending more time outside.





I'm going to continue to do my best on this health journey. I have been slowly getting into a new routine- up at 5:30 on work days to go to the gym before work. That way I have more time to fit in strength training- if I don't go before work I probably won't go after, and I'm more inclined to walk for half an hour. I am also continuing to work on my diet. I need to eat more calories earlier in the day so I'm not eating as much when I get home.
